WELCOME! This is The Dome: Redeemer High School Ministry. We are a collection of high school students and young adult volunteers who are passionate about discovering more about the renewing power of the Gospel.
We gather in the white, dome shaped building located behind the Main Worship Center:
(1) Sunday Mornings: Join us at the 11:15am service. This is a great place to connect with other students, worship together and hear relevant Truth.
**On the first Sunday of each month students will join their families in the main worship service.
(2) Wednesday Nights: We connect from 7:00-8:30pm for our Small Group Ministry. These Small Groups are great places for students to go deeper in their faith, ask hard questions and grow in their friendships with one another.
(3) Monthly Events: We have monthly events that take place in our student ministry that are an awesome place for students to make memories, have fun and bring friends. Please see our calendar of upcoming events for more details.

This summer at The Dome High School Ministry we have some great opportunities for our students and their friends to stay connected. We hope with the freedom from school schedules that students can deepen their relationship with God and others throughout the summer!

We have a fun and hilarious beach day, filled with "kooky" competitions for all 6th-12th grade students and their friends. There will be is food, trophies and excellent memories created at this event.
There are some great ways to jump in and serve at Redeemer. Students can take part through our Service Day, Hands of Hope, in partnership with Hope for San Diego on July 14. Students can also volunteer to be a counselor at our Kid's Ministry Adventure Kids Camp (July 23-27).
We will continue to meet in the summer during 3rd service (at 11:15am) in the High School Building behind the Main Worship Center. However, we will not meet on the first Sunday of every month (communion Sunday). Sunday mornings are a great place to connect and grow through worship together.
Centered on the power and truth of the Gospel, we exist to disciple High School students, helping them to understand who they are in Christ, while empowering them to make an impact where they are for Christ.
We seek to help kids explore and own their faith, by creating a vibrant community where students can connect and grow in friendships while equipping students to Own their Faith. We do this primarily by modeling for and leading them to: (1) Live in Community, because Christianity doesn't happen in isolation; (2) Grow in Scripture, because God’s Word clearly reveals the riches of His Love for us; and (3) Serve on Mission, because God gifts us and wants to use us to shape His world.
MEET OUR TEAM
Kyler Wright - Student and Family Director
What’s up!?! My name is Kyler Wright. I am a high energy, fun-loving guy who is passionate about connecting with students and helping them see how their story fits into God’s. I have been doing student ministry for the last decade of my life and have loved every second of it. My wife, Diana, and our 2 kids (+1 on the way) are from the midwest, but love the Cali life. I love my family, basketball, dancing, long runs, and a good cup of Coffee. I look forward to connecting with you and your students!
Cali Cline - Student Ministry Manager
Hi There! My name is Cali Cline. My husband, Chris and I moved here from Missouri. We have openly embraced all that Southern California has to offer and love the way God has used this change in our lives. Throughout my time in college I had awesome opportunities to love, care for, and nurture growth in high school girls, ultimately teaching them that Jesus is more. It is something I feel The Lord continues to put on my heart and in my life, and I couldn’t be happier about it. I am a big fan of breakfast, my dog, adventures with my husband, and quiet time with a good book. I am grateful for the privilege to serve both you and your family!
